Daniel Šmihula
Daniel Šmihula was a professional ice hockey player for 16 years. After ending his active sports career, he worked as a coach with professional qualifications at levels I, II, and III. Through this, he acquired comprehensive knowledge in the areas of movement, training, and functional preparation of the human body.
Qualifications and Further Training
Coaching education – professional qualifications at levels I, II, and III
2016–2019 – Study of physiotherapy at the University of Prešov
2023–2025 – Training at a chiropractic school in Poland, professional qualification Diploma in Chiropractic (DC)
Since 2026 – postgraduate doctoral studies (PhD) in the field of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at a foreign university
Ongoing – national and international continuing education, including iTrust and ToonyTherapy courses led by Tomasz Jan Chachurski
My Treatment Approach
In his practice, he combines manual therapeutic techniques with individually tailored exercises, movement therapy, and patient education. He holds a professional license, is a member of the Slovak Chamber of Physiotherapists, and operates his own non-state healthcare facility.
